Through the Eyes of Faith

The purpose of this survey is to gather data indicating interest among Christian colleges in a Through the Eyes of Faith book in mathematics.  The book is intended to be used by first- and second-year students taking courses such as: an introductory seminar to the major; a general "liberal arts" mathematics course; discrete mathematics; mathematics courses for education majors; introductory statistics;  and calculus.
